The past year, I dove into new tools. Besides developing a few custom GPTs for copywriting, I've also developed a love for Midjourney, producing illustrations and getting back to my art roots, as well as building sites with Framer AI.
I've recently developed an interest in science communication which I attribute to my years in health tech and working alongside talented Data Scientists. I am loving learning new disciplines that combine design and science in interesting ways.
As head of Product Design & UX Research, I was on the look out for practical ways for our team to use gen AI tools.
Of the numerous tools I explored, I found Midjourney to be the highest value add, and something I continue to enjoy experimenting with.
To build trust with Honor's caregiver audience it was vital to create consistent, accessible, on-brand copy.
However, we lacked the resources to have a full-time copywriter dedicated to caregivers, and often distributed the responsibility leading to poor quality copy.
I created several custom GPTs to test against each other, refined my prompt engineering, and established new tone and style guidelines for the caregiving audience across the org. The final version helped generate caregiver copy drafts and became the foundation for automating caregiver interactions.
